Orbilogin.com allows a person to alter and assign settings to an Orbi mesh WiFi system. One can perform Orbi firmware update, connect Orbi satellite, and do much more through the URL. If you see the orbilogin.com not working error, try the solutions given in the post.
Fixed: Orbilogin.com Not Working
If you can’t access orbilogin.com or orbilogin.net, follow these steps:
- Make sure that your PC is connected to the Orbi router’s network. For this, you can use a wired connection or connect your devices wirelessly i.e. via the WiFi password.
- Check that your Orbi devices (router and satellites) are plugged into active power sockets. The power lights of all Orbi devices must be solid green that indicate a stable power supply.
- The Orbi router should be connected to the modem properly. Check cable connection for that. If the cable is found damaged, replace it immediately.
Note: Cat 6 or Cat 5 cables are recommended for the Orbi router and modem connection. Also, you must ensure that the cable is plugged into the right ports of your devices. Furthermore, you can also create an Ethernet Backhaul between the router and satellites.
- Try to access the default IP address of the Orbi router instead of orbilogin.com or orbilogin.net. It can be 192.168.1.1 or 10.0.0.1. Check the user manual or product label for the correct value.
- In case, the problem is occurring when you have connected to Orbi network through a WiFi connection, try switching to a LAN connection. For this, you can run an Ethernet cable from the router’s LAN port to PC’s LAN port. The vice-versa can also be done.
- The ports of your devices are supposed to be in working state. You should clean the ports and try switching to different ports if the problem continues.
- Chances are that orbilogin.com is cached in the web browser you are using. Thus, try to access the link using different browsers such as Microsoft Edge or Mozilla Firefox.
- See to it if you are able to connect other devices to the WiFi network of your Orbi router. If you can, run the network troubleshooter on your PC and diagnose any problems.
- Ensure that you are not seeing Orbi pink light on the router or satellite. It indicates a poor internet connection in many stances. Try contacting your ISP to resolve any internet-related problem.
- Power cycle the entire home network. This includes keeping the devices powered down for 10-30 seconds. However, you should follow the given sequence only:
1) Modem
2) Switch (if there is any)
3) Your Orbi router
4) Your Orbi satellite 1 and 2
5) Your PC
- Update the Operating System of the PC you are using. Also, update the web browser in use. Outdated web browsers, at times, halt access to networking sites including orbilogin.com.
- If orbilogin.com not working issue is still there, you must disable antivirus program on your PC temporarily. Also, disable proxy and VPNs. Moreover, disable ad-blockers on the browser.
- Lastly, reset the Orbi devices to factory default settings by pressing the Reset button for 7 seconds. Followed by that, set up the Orbi mesh system again. The Orbi reset process is same no matter whether you have an Orbi Wi-Fi 6 satellite or another model.
